Screen & Qualify

Accept, screen and collate applications. All candidates are interviewed, reference checked, tested and DISC profiled as required.

Interview & Appointment

Candidate shortlist will be presented with full application for each. Negotiation and communication of initial offer, along with communication with successful and unsuccessful candidates.

 

Follow Up Period

  • 1st-week review with Client & Candidate

  • 30 day reviews with Client for 3 month period

  • 30 day reviews with Candidate for 3 month period
